• They are currently reviewing video to investigate who exactly was involved in the shooting of a man during last night’s protests.

• The National Guard is there to protect infrastructure due to looting.

• They are currently looking to accommodate the family’s request to see video showing the shooting of Keith Lamont Scott.

• They will not publicly release the video until they believe there is a “compelling reason” and the public should not expect the video to be released.

• Police chief says when he saw the video it did not give him absolute visual evidence that someone was pointing a gun.

• As of now, they don’t see the need to set a curfew for the city of Charlotte.
