Halloween 2016 is already in effect in Japan. The Shibuya neighborhood of Tokyo is hosting a massive Halloween costume street party over three days (Sat, Sun, Monday). The streets are closed to cars around Shibuya Station in the evenings to allow the huge costumed crowds more space to party. We're posting videos of the Japanese Halloween fun every night.
